Miguel Ramirez
Owner
Miguel Ramirez began his career in 2015 at IKEA, managing warehouse shipments and organizing kitchen components. This sparked a passion he hadn’t realized, leading him to the kitchen department, where he helped customers design spaces using IKEA’s Home Planner. His attention to detail and creativity made every project special, ensuring accuracy in complex orders.
He later worked with an IKEA partner handling measurements, installations, and designs, gaining hands-on experience with unique projects. After five years, he moved into wholesaling RTA cabinets and became an independent contractor, managing designs, sales, and large-scale community projects across Central Texas.
Beyond work, Miguel enjoys cars, fishing, and spending time with his 11-year-old pug. He takes pride in making every project smooth and successful, treating each one as a unique opportunity to create something great.

Isael Ramirez
Operations & Digital Strategy
Isael brings a background in computer science with a strong appreciation for detail and design. He helps manage the digital and operational side of WellRock Home Solutions — from streamlining communication and building the website to developing marketing materials and exploring new outreach strategies. With a small background in architecture and experience building web applications, Isael has a deep respect for functional design and craftsmanship. He enjoys helping people and seeing the impact of his work brought to life. Outside of the business, Isael is passionate about cars, creative projects, and finding ways to merge technology with hands-on problem solving.
Eduardo Diaz
Technical Operations & Client Solutions
Eduardo holds a degree in cyber security and brings a technical, solutions-oriented mindset to the team. He previously worked at IKEA, gaining experience with household systems and customer-facing projects, and more recently served as an engineer delivering custom solutions for clients. His background makes him a valuable resource when tailoring installations and handling client-specific requests. Eduardo enjoys anything tech-related and is the proud cat dad to a few furry companions. He’s passionate about solving problems, working with clients, and helping ensure each project runs smoothly from start to finish.
